Tournament "Manolo Carrera"
A tribute to the "base soccer"
The "Manolo Carrera" tournament is a homage from the club to a man who has always fought for base football. Mr. Manolo Carrera founded the club that would take its name until the beginning of the eighties when it merged with CD Velle. Integrating this way all the equipment of Velle's base.
We hope from the organization of the tournament that this is a party for the "Galician football base". In a Memorial, which counted year after year with a high level campus, it has become a benchmark in Galician base tournaments. We are looking for the public who approaches Monte d'Aira to enjoy a great sporting event and have the opportunity to see the developments of the "young stars" that will mark the sports scene in the coming years.
